The Role
Envirobead, part of the Net Zero Group, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Representative to grow our single measure insulation business across the Dublin region.
This role will focus on increasing sales of cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, and attic insulation, working with contractors, retrofit partners, and homeowners to improve the energy performance and comfort of homes.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of cavity wall, loft, and attic insulation solutions across the Dublin area
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, installers, and retrofit partners
- Identify and convert opportunities within the home retrofit and energy upgrade market
- Generate and manage leads with homeowners considering insulation upgrades
- Support homeowner information events, marketing campaigns, and industry exhibitions
- Provide clear guidance on insulation options, benefits, and upgrade pathways
- Manage a structured sales pipeline and report on progress
- Represent Envirobead professionally within the construction and retrofit sectors
Requirements
- Experience in sales, construction, building products, or energy retrofit is desirable
- Knowledge of insulation or home energy upgrades is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a regional sales territory
- Full clean driving licence
